1. Booking & Quotes

All quotes are based on the mileage and information provided at the time of booking.

Any significant changes to the route (extra stops or diversions) not included in the original quote will be subject to additional charges of £5.00 per stop plus mileage.
2. Airport Transfers

For airport pickups, the price includes 60 minutes of waiting time from the moment the flight lands.

A standard £7.00 airport fee is applied to cover drop-off or pickup toll charges.

It is the passenger's responsibility to provide the correct flight number; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect flight information.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, at the company's discretion.
4. Passenger Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse carriage to any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat to the driver or the vehicle.

A cleaning fee of £50.00 will be charged for any fouling or soilage in the vehicle that requires professional cleaning.
5. Liability

While we make every effort to ensure our vehicles arrive on time, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road accidents, or major traffic congestion).

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have booked a vehicle with sufficient capacity for their luggage.
